In order to offer our customers the best support, we are looking for you as our new customer service talent, remotely and on account.

The job is mainly in writing Our customers are often over 60.

They write us long emails, they call, and they immediately notice whether someone really speaks their language or has only learned it.

Your German must therefore be at the native language level, in tone as well as in spelling.

Tasks This is what you do with us You answer customer inquiries by email and via Amazon, friendly and understandable.

You manage our Amazon channels, from the buyer-seller message to A-to-z requests to returns.

You take calls and help with all questions about our products.

You coordinate with our logistics and returns teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

You keep our ticket system up to date and document requests properly.

You contribute ideas to further improve our customer service
