We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who, as a dedicated marketing owner, will build a new digital B2C product within celebrate company from the ground up.

You combine paid acquisition, landing page optimization, CRM and customer research into a holistic growth engine – with a consistent AI-first approach to the way you work.

The role is located in a small, autonomous, cross-functional team, reports to the CMO organization and is possible remotely within Germany.

The annual salary for this position is between €58,900-80,000 (Senior) / €76,000-114,600 (Principal).

End-to-end responsibility for all marketing activities – from paid acquisition (meta) to landing page creation and optimization to CRM and lifecycle campaigns Customer Research through regular interviews and qualitative feedback to sharpen product positioning, messaging and growth priorities in a very early beta phase Continuous growth experiments across new channels, creative formats and AI-powered workflows, with full responsibility for marketing KPIs such as cost per install, funnel conversion directly with Lea (Senior HR Business Partner).
