Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager who leads the store as a business of their own, driving business results, developing inspiring teams and delivering a customer experience aligned with an accessible global fashion brand.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring high visual and business standards, flawless in-store execution and a strong OMNI approach.

You will lead the team with passion, an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on results.

What will you do? Lead and develop the entire store team, creating an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture.

Drive sales, profitability and productivity through the analysis of KPIs and business action plans.

Ensure a strong and consistent visual execution, aligned to the brand's global and local strategies.

Ensure an inspiring, relevant and commercial customer experience at every touchpoint.

Manage the daily operations of the store with excellence, simplicity and focus on results.
