We work completely remotely and already rely heavily on AI: we have developed our CRM ourselves, and we are constantly expanding it.

In this role, you will be responsible for AI with us.

You bring AI into our processes, from project execution to content and internal organisation.

At the same time, you work closely with the managing director and implement things that free up time for him.

The focus is on AI Operations (approx. 60-70%), the rest is management support.

Your tasks AI Operations Identify processes that can be accelerated or automated with AI Build and maintain AI workflows, agents and internal tools (e.g. with Claude, Claude Code, GitHub) Maintain our self-developed CRM and add new features Develop AI-supported workflows for customer projects, e.g. for brand research, content or website creation Test, select and introduce new AI tools in the team Train the team in the effective use of AI Organize management support calendars, emails and appointments, ideally prepare and follow up AI-supported meetings, write minutes,
