Content & Community Manager (m/w/d)

While our Head of Performance & Growth is responsible for scaling, you make our brand tangible every day: you develop our organic channels, our content and our community formats – from the first concept to the finished reel, from the community commentary to the event.

You will work closely with creators, UGC creators and freelancers and report directly to our Head of Performance & Growth.

Your area of responsibility Content & Social Media:

You support and develop our organic channels – especially Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest – and always keep an eye on trends, platform logics and new formats.

Content production:

You develop content ideas and implement them hands-on – especially short-form video.

You can both produce new content and think creatively about existing material and develop new, platform-friendly content from it.

For productions, you work together with UGC creator and freelancer if necessary and control them independently.

Identify relevant creators, build relationships, and not into a finished system, but can actively help shape it.
