Since 2017, Lippe Personal has specialised in a market that is currently under pressure: medical practices, dental practices, physiotherapists and pharmacies in Germany can hardly find qualified personnel.

The shortage of skilled workers is real, digitization in this area is still in its infancy, and the solutions that exist today are not built for the users who actually need them.

We want to change that.

We are currently building a digital platform that will restructure the medical labor market in the DACH region.

Data-driven, mobile-first, with a clear focus on real benefits for practices and applicants.

The project is still in the construction phase, and that's exactly the point: you get to it before the big decisions have been made.

will do with us:

You will develop and maintain a scalable web platform based on Next.js and Django.

You build the database structure in PostgreSQL and Supabase.

You implement programmatic SEO pages for thousands of locations and disciplines.

You develop mobile-first application and recruiting flows that can be completed in under 60 seconds.

You work on automated data pipelines and scraping infrastructure.

You are in direct contact with the founder, short distances, quick decisions.

This is not a place where you process tickets and wait for reviews.
